Future planing day

Erasmus+ partnerships and future projects group action plan

Almost the last day! At the beginning, we did an exploration of our group power and we felt through an amazing rope energizer that made us trust each other and our teamwork.

Then, we were presented with the next step which was the creation of our same projects with the most popular funding opportunities that we can use to implement our ideas. In conclusion, we discussed them in one team and after that, we presented our thoughts all together before the end of the session.

Personal action plan

In beautiful surroundings of Uzana with sun over our head, we started our last day of the project. Meditation of 10 minutes made us completely aware of the situation and moment we are in. Feeling the sun on our skin and wind in our hair made us realize the importance of present moment. Hearing the beat of our heart while deeply breading, connected our body and soul. Projecting the image of „future me“ and putting our thoughts into paper was challenging, but on the other hand very satisfying. Latter on, taking a walk and trying to find the tools which we are going to use for our goals was also very inspiring and let us connect with ourselves. During this workshop, we created the image of who do we want to become and now it’s up to us to achieve it. Our facilitators just gave us the incentive which we needed and for which we are grateful to them.

After “poppy” energizer we rewind the movie in our heads and remember every we’ve done during these days by comparing expectations, fears and contributes from the beginning regarding how we feel when the project is over. After that we did evaluation in very interesting way, as individuals and also in pair. This way, people who prepared this project got a good feedback from participants and we feel that’s really important and that they deserve it so they can make projects in future even better! They are great leaders and they made this week for us really magical.

Final evaluation and closing

Our last session gave us the opportunity to think about the many memories made during
the week, and to share them with one another in what turned out to be an emotional moment of group reflection. We gathered around a lit candle sitting in circle on the ground, and two were the inputs given to us by Liya: “What am I grateful for?”, “What am I bringing home from this experience?”. Many were thankful for the sense of community created during the project, to have met new people who soon became friends despite the cultural differences, everyone bringing to the table inspirational stories to share; others were grateful for the nature, or to have had the opportunity to learn new things on the topic of leadership and a chance to explore their inner self a bit better, eventually learning new things about themselves. In the end, it t turns out that we’re all coming back from this experience with new ideas for the future and more aware in general of our personal and professional potential, eager to explore them to every possible extend.

Our last night in Uzana was the moment for the project’s closing ceremony. First, one by one, we received our Youthpass from the hands of Liya, George and Nikolay. Then it was again the time to get emotional! We watched the video of the project, showing us all the moments and activities of this incredible week spent together in Bulgaria – our arrival in Uzana, the presentation of the project’s topic, the warm-up activities, the group building games, the
work shared, the nature, the inter-cultural evenings, talent night, the talks.

And after that, we had again some more time to celebrate, share stories and create
memories of this amazing experience none of us will ever forget.
